I guess it's Fall/Autumn now so I better start dressing the part. And to me that means coats and jackets!

Any of my Aussie friends or family that see my coat collection are usually stupefied.. like why would need so many coats? It's called Canadian living. You need coat options for at least 7 months of the year and we're living on the West Coast here (aka mild temps). And the thing is there's different sub-temperatures within those 7 months that require seperate coat or jackets. No joke, here's an inventory of my current coat/jacket closet (from warmest/heaviest to lightest):

1. Sub-zero down snow parka
2. Oversized military down parka
3. Shiny Black rain jacket
4. Fuzzy grey shag coat
5. Leopard print bomber coat
6. Plaid button-up jacket
7. Classic trench coat

I'm not counting denim jackets, light-weight bombers etc, that's a whole 'nother blog post right there. As you can see we are at the start of coat season and things are only going to get colder, meaning I need to buy more coats riiiiiiiight (don't tell my husband)???
